Hibisco Disco Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz Kilinga Silvestre (infused with Hibiscus tea)
  • ¾ oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • ½ oz Fresh Lime juice

Instructions:

  1. Infuse Kilinga Silvestre Bacanora with hibiscus tea (use 1 tea bag or 1 heaped tsp per 3-4 cocktails).
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a lime twist if desired.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Cedar Ridge Barrel Proof Bourbon

  • 0.5 oz Allspice Dram

  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice

  • 0.25 oz Simple Syrup

  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions:

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  2. Double strain into a chilled coupe.

Instructions:

  1. Add orange slices and all other ingredients
    to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with an orange twist and a dash of grated cinnamon.



 

 

RICH AND SMOOTH, THIS COCKTAIL BLENDS KILINGA BACANORA REPOSADO, LIQUOR 43, AND ESPRESSO, CHILLED WITH CHOCOLATE BITTERS.

Sonoran Café

Ingredients: (Serves 6)

  • 8 oz Kilinga Bacanora Reposado
  • 8 oz Liquor 43
  • 8 oz Espresso
  • 8 oz Water
  • 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters (per serve)

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a 1-liter bottle, leaving room to shake.
  2. Chill the bottle in the fridge.
  3. Shake well before pouring into lowball glasses with ice.
  4. Add chocolate bitters to each glass before serving.

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Kilinga Bacanora Silvestre
  • 30ml Dry Vermouth
  • Garnish: Cucumber Ribbon

Instructions:

  1. Stir Kilinga Bacanora and Vermouth with ice in a mixing jug.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon.



 

 

REFRESHING AND TANGY, THIS MEZCAL-BASED COCKTAIL COMBINES LIME JUICE AND GRAPEFRUIT SODA, FINISHED WITH A SALT AND TAJIN RIM AND A GRAPEFRUIT GARNISH.

Zomoz Paloma

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Zomoz Mezcal
  • ½ oz Lime Juice
  • ½ oz Agave Nectar (optional)
  • 4 oz Grapefruit Soda
  • Garnish: Grapefruit Wedge or Twist
  • Glass: Salt & Tajin-rimmed Collins Glass with Ice

Instructions:

  1. Rim glass with salt and Tajin.
  2. Shake mezcal, lime juice, and agave nectar with ice.
  3. Add grapefruit soda, strain into glass, and garnish.

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a large wine glass with ice.

  2. Garnish with seasonal berries, lemon wheel, lemon twist, and a cucumber slice.




 

 

SAVOR THE RICH BLEND OF RYE, CREAMY OAT MILK, AND CARAMEL, DELICATELY TOPPED WITH VELVETY RASPBERRY WHIP.

Raspberry Beret

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Cedar Ridge Port Cask Finished Rye
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Caramel
  • 0.75 oz Vanilla
  • 0.75 oz Oat Milk
  • 4 Drops Saline
  • Garnish: Raspberry Whip

Instructions:

  1. Shake all ingredients and pour into a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Top with raspberry whip.
